Arpan is a dedicated physiotherapist who believes that effective rehabilitation starts with understanding the person—not just the injury. She takes the time to listen to her patients, understand their concerns and goals, and develop an individualized treatment plan focused on helping them move with greater confidence and return to the activities that matter to them.

Her treatment approach combines manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, patient education, shockwave therapy, cupping, other pain management modalities with an emphasis on restoring movement, improving function, and building long-term independence rather than simply providing temporary symptom relief.

Through education and active rehabilitation, she works with patients to better understand their symptoms, reduce fear around movement, build confidence in their bodies, and develop practical strategies for managing their condition.

She has additional training in vestibular rehabilitation and dry needling, allowing her to provide specialized care for individuals experiencing dizziness, vertigo, balance concerns, and a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.

Arpan enjoys treating a broad range of conditions, including neck and back pain, joint and muscle injuries, sports injuries, workplace and motor vehicle injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, balance concerns, and acute or persistent pain.

Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, and goal-oriented. Whether the goal is returning to work, getting back to a sport, exercising comfortably, or simply moving through everyday life with less pain and greater confidence, Arpan works alongside each patient to help them make meaningful and sustainable progress.
